Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt of item. Items must be unused in their original condition and packaging. When we have received the item and are happy with the condition of it, we will issue you a full refund (excluding postage costs) in the original method of payment. Faulty Items/Complaints

We try to ensure that all our products are a good standard. If for any reason you are not happy with the item that you received, first, please contact us. If you find a fault, please return it to us. Upon inspection, if we are happy that the issue was at our end, please accept our apologies and we will send you a replacement item at no cost to you. Please contact us for the returns address.
